Rules and Regulations

1. Contestants must bring their college ID cards for registration.
2. Registration fee: 150/- .
3. Contestants should bring proper sport wears (shots, tracksuits.etc)
4. Roadies event should need at least 15 contestants.
5. Roadies include specific number of tasks.
6. Activities include physical game and no break time is given.
7. The event takes place in two sections.
8. First section is to minimize the participants (selection round) And the selected participants will face the continuous rally of tasks.
9. The participants who reach the finishing point first will be announced as the winner.
10. Winner will be granted the cash price.

Rules and Regulations

1. A group of 25 can enter the room and enjoy the surround system for 20 minutes.
2. There will be separate sessions for boys and girls.
3. Do not unplug any circuits nor disturb the operator.
4. Registration fee will be RS. 30/- per head..




ARCHERY


1. The maximum number of chances permitted is five.
2. An arrow has to be hit on the target .The score will be calculated based on the marking made on the target.
3. Registration will be on the spot.
4. The registration fee is 50Rs per head.
5. The candidate who gets the maximum score will be awarded 1.5K price money.
6. Program will be conducted on 5th October 2018.
7. It will start at 9.30am.

PAPER PRESENTATION



Rules and Regulations

1. Maximum number of participants in a team is 3.
2. Abstract should not exceed 1 page and paper should not exceed 15 pages. Paper can be related to Control, Instrumentation. Electronics, Automation, Signal Processing, and Image processing.
3. Bring your college ID card and letter from HOD (format attached) on event day.
4. Please bring your power point presentation on a pen drive.
5. Please mail your abstract, to royalappliedzzz18@gmail.com on or before 3/10/2018. Difficulties will be addressed through the same email id. The mail with submission should contain; • Title-theme of the paper. • Name of the candidates. • Mobile number of candidates. • Email-id.
6. The intimation of selection will done on 3/10/2018.
7. Soft copy of the submitted paper in the IEEE format should be send to the email-id once selected.
8. Please bring a hard copy of the submitted paper on the day of the event.
9. The team will get 15 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes viva.
10. The registration fee is RS. 50/- and should be paid at the time of event registration. All the communications should be done to royalappliedzzz18@gmail.com

2. A team should consist of two persons.
3. The decision of the quiz-master will be final and will not be subjected to any change.
4. The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic instruments.
5. Replacement of any participant of a team is not allowed after registration.
