Rules and Regulations

  1. The team should consist maximum of 4 participants. All of them should be from the same Institute (like Engineering,Polytechnic & Arts college)
  2. Its compulsory that, the participants should bring their institutional Identity Card and permission letter from respective principal/HOD with seal..
  3. Maximum weight of the robot should be 24 Kg.
  4. DC motors and stepper motors (12V-24V) can be used as per the design of bots.
  5. Size should be of 60x60x60 cm
  6. Use of drums, cutters, projectiles, and any such weapons that can cause harm to the audience or participants are strictly forbidden
  7. The recursive rounds spanning 90 sec will have an interim of 30sec after 45 sec of combat
  8. In the conclusive combat which span 120 sec a respite of 60 sec will be provided after 60 sec of battle.
  9. Decisions of judges will be final.
  10. In case of any damage to the bots we will be providing 20 sec to repair the defect else the corresponding team have to quit from the game.
  11. All participants should compulsorily bring their ID cards
  12. The organisers have the right to alter any of the rules mentioned above. The changes regarding the rules will be conveyed to the participants before the competition starts.
  13. Registartiion fee: Rs.500/-

Rules and Regulations

  1. Entry fee: Rs.250 per team.
  2. College ID card and a concerned letter from the principal or respective head of the department is mandatory.
  3. Maximum of 2-4 members in a group.
  4. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not allowed while gaming.
  5. The team members should belong to the same institution.
  6. All members in a group should be always together and they should move along with the volunteer.
  7. Any kind of violation of rules such as clue interchanging, helping other teams are not allowed.
  8. All members should report together at the reporting point.
  9. Before entering to a room the team members should enquire with the volunteer about the access to the room.
  10. Kindly rearrange the objects that have been altered during the search.
  11. Decision of the coordinators will be final.
  12. If in any case they are unable to follow the above rules the team will be consider to be disqualified.

Mind sparx

SPARX is an event, that motivates the creative thinking as well as the technical knowledge of the participator. A socially relevant problem is given to the participator. Through the out-of-box creative thinking of the participator, they have to raise a solution for the given problem. Judges awards the best engineering based solution. and they get amazing prize award. So think different and just do it.

  3. Team consists of only 2 participants.
  4. The game is round- based and elimination round may be conducted at different levels of the event.
  5. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not allowed while participating..
  6. The team members should belong to the same institution.
  7. Helping other teams is not allowed.
  8. Decision of the event coordinators and judges will be final.
  9. Before entering to a room the team members should enquire with the volunteer about the access to the room.

Circuit debugging

Electrical / Electronics circuits with wrong wiring and components given to the students ,students have to correct this circuit in a given time.

Rules and Regulations

  1. Participants selected to this event are given a hardware circuit and faults in the circuit should be identified to get the correct output.
  2. Some hardware components will be given and the participants will be asked to wire a simple circuit and show the output within a specified time limit.
  3. Maximum number of students per team is 2.
  4. The selected teams have to make a circuit in a given time duration, as per the instructions provided.
  5. These rules are tentative and may change, if required.
  6. The decision of the organizers will be final.
  7. Results once declared will be final.
  8. Participants bear the whole responsibility of their components and equipment.
  9. The participants have to debug the given circuits in a given time constraint and rectify them.
  10. Mobile phones & smart watches are strictly prohibited during the game period.
  11. Game duration is from 10:00AM to 12:30PM..
  12. All the participants must have their identity card inorder to ensure their identity & their college where they belongs to.
  13. Registration time will be from 9:30AM to 10:00AM
