Rules and Regulations

1. The programme will conducted in between 9 am to 12.30 pm on 06/10/2018 at main block front car parking
2. The entry fee will be 30 rupees for each and every candidate.
3. There will be 3 bullets given to each candidate.
4. For each bullet there will be 3 attempt to start.
5. First attempt will be provided with 10 points.Second attempt with 5 points and third attempt with 3 points.
6. The candidate with maximum point will be winner.
7. If there are one or more candidates with the same point,the game will be repeated.
8. Registration fee will not be refunded.

1. Maximum members in a Team : 2
2. The team who completes the assembly with minimum time and fix all the parts in the exact position will secure maximum marks.
3. The competition will be in 2 rounds
4. The first round will be a knockout round. Only the top three teams will move on the final round.
5. Participants are not allowed to bring any tools.
6. Valuation of the Assembly is based on: Time of completion, Correct positioning of parts, Correct Tightening of parts, Replacement of tools after use.
7. A panel of Judges will evaluate and determine the winners.

5. Participants will be asked to stop the process if in case their activities are found to be damage the Lathe.
6. Valuation of the Mr. Machinist is based on:Time of completion,Precision and accuracy of the operations, Replacement of tools after use
7. A panel of Judges will evaluate and determine the winners.

3. Maximum numbers of participants allowed for the event at a time is 20

2. Contestants should be report before 15 minutes of the competition.
3. The participants should reach at 9 ‘o clock for registration.
4. All participants are required to bring college identity card.
5. Each group should only consist of 2 members each.
6. Abstract of seminar and name of participant should be submitted before presentation.
7. All the abstract and slides should be mailed to the following mail id paperpresentationcongnito2k18@gmail.com
8. Maximum time for presentation is 15 minutes and 5 minutes for preparation.
9. Maximum number of slides permitted are 15.
10. Participant can use videos in their presentation.
11. Participant should carry hard and soft copy of their seminar topic.
12. The presentation should be in English.
13. The report should be submitted after the presentation.
14. The report should contain at least 5 pages.
15. Participants violating above rules will be disqualified.
16. We are not responsible for the damage of PPT due to technical reason, so please keep 2 or more copies of PPT on competition.
